Must be 15 years of age or younger.

Where/When Is The Event?
July, 20th - 11:00am Shotgun Start for Youth Scramble and 1:00pm Shotgun Start for Adult Scramble (Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for registration and opening announcements for both events)

How much of my donation/registration directly supports the cause?
All net proceeds from the event benefit The Jackson Weis Foundation - A nonprofit corporation, and will be used to continue our efforts in helping youth gain access to sports, funding youth teams, assistance with equipment and much more.
Is Food Provided?
Yes, food at the turn will be available for all participants as well as a dinner provided by the Giant Oak Golf Club following the Adult Scramble where winners and prizes will be announced.
Is Cash Required for the Day of The Event?
We encourage all participants to bring cash with them to allow participation in our 50/50 raffle, raffle prizes, and for several other things that are found on the course (penalty box nominations, donation holes, etc.)
Is Parking Available?
Parking is available as soon as you pull into the course within the gravel lots. Please do not park on any grass.
Is This Event Rain or Shine?
Yes, we will play unless the Giant Oak Golf Club deem play must cease due to severe inclement weather. Please dress accordingly to forecasted weather.
Is Outside Food/Alcohol Permitted?
Unless otherwise approved by event organizers, no outside food or alcohol is permitted within Giant Oaks property. Several carts will be cycling the course for drinks and the clubhouse has concessions and alcohol available. We appreciate Giant Oaks continued support and ask participants to follow all rules posted.
